Now that Danielle’s album is now on store shelves she managed to take a break from the heavy touring and promotion work to talk to X radio.
In the interview she talks about her old teacher that she hopes will remember her and buy the CD, she says “I had a teacher, Mrs. Homeschild, who through junior high and high school was my music choir teacher,” says Danielle. “She always was positive and made me strive to be the best that I could be. She always made me feel like I if I went after something that I wanted, that I couldn’t lose; just to keep going, and I did.”

NASCAR fans will be excited to learn that Danielle Peck has been scheduled to sing the national anthem at the GFS Marketplace this August 20th at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan.
The TNT network will broadcast the race and Danielle after signing the national anthem should restart her tour on August 24th.

Danielle Peck we don’t believe you, in a recent interview she explains that she never gets hit on when shes out with her friends partying:
“I don’t know if I’m sending off a signal that says ‘don’t talk to me,’” she laughs, “but it’s very rare if that ever did happen. I like to engage someone in a conversation anyway. So if somebody did come up to hit on me, it wouldn’t do anything for me, really.” Danielle adds that she would probably think, “He’s hitting on me—he hits on everybody. Someone coming up and hitting on ya and stuff like that, that ain’t for me.”
All I can say is WOW shes gorgeous, famous AND rich do they even come any better.

This may be a bit disappointing to male Peck fans but it appears theirs a rumour floating around that Danielle may have found a guy of her own.
Danielle recently started dating Boston Red Sox hurler Josh Beckett, who was in the news last week because he just signed a three-year contract extension worth a reported $30 million,” says The Tennessean newspaper. “Lest anyone think Danielle is a gold digger, she and Josh first met a couple of months ago, way before this contract extension”
So we’re all wondering where they met? Well blame Tracy Byrd just happens to be friends with Peck and Beckett and managed to set them up on a very blind date in the town of Boston.
Rumor has it they met on a night when both of them were working Danielle had a show in town and Josh was playing a game (wow that one must have been hard to coordinate) unfortunately Josh’s game went longer then planned and couldn’t get to Danielle’s show but thanks to some dear friends they managed to meet up later that very night at a local cook out.
“He’s a really great guy, and he loves country music,” she said. “I look forward to getting together for a third date.”
